Acorn GM are currently looking for an experienced administrator to join our team.
Job description:
- first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls
- managing messages, ensuring they reach the correct person
- data entry on our software system
- liaising with customers and clients to arrange aftercare appointments
- diary management
- placing material orders
- raising customer and sub-contractor invoices
- tracking invoices, chasing any overdue
- general and any other adhoc admin tasks required
The ideal candidate would:
- have experience and be confident using MS Office
- have a background within the construction industry or a similar environment
- excellent, confident and professional telephone manner
- have experience using Construction Manager (ideal but not essential)
- have a passion for Excel
