A few shots from the Marden Edwards stand at this week.

The Marden Edwards sale team: Dave Allen, Gary Thick and Mark Bennett have been busy meeting visitors from across the packaging industry and discussing everything from production requirements, reduced packaging materials, and of course our new U-Band system.

The show continues until tomorrow afternoon, so you still have time to visit the stand for live a machinery demonstration; discuss your packaging line; and find out how Marden Edwards machinery can improve efficiency, reduce packaging materials, and improve output.

Good discussions continue at around reducing packaging materials without affecting pack handling and distribution requirements.

The Marden Edwards U-Band system uses a recyclable paper band for multipack collation applications, offering an alternative approach to full overwrapping for selected product formats.

The system is running live throughout the exhibition in Hall 11, Stand D74-04.

Developed for reduced packaging applications, U-Band uses recyclable paper banding secured with a peelable hot melt adhesive during the wrapping process.

Even though it's Bank Holiday here in the UK, it's business as usual here!

Our U-Band machine has been loaded and is now on its way to Düsseldorf, ready for set-up early this week ahead of the show on Thursday.
