As our Full-Time Labourer / Multi-Skilled Apprentice, you’ll work directly with experienced tradesmen, learning everything from carpentry and plumbing to decorating and kitchen/bathroom fitting.

Our apprentices don’t just learn on the job—they’re set up for success with hands-on training and formal courses. Your Role & Responsibilities:
• Support our skilled team in various tasks: carpentry, plumbing, floor laying, decorating, and more!
• Learn by doing, on-site mentoring and practical training.
• Participate in courses and workshops to deepen your skills.
• Keep our job sites safe and organised.
• Prioritise safety and follow all health and safety regulations.

Benefits:

• Transport: Own vehicle preferred, but company transport may be available if you hold a relevant licence.
•Availability: Monday-Friday, with the occasional Saturday to meet project deadlines.
💰Starting Salary: Annual Salary dependent on experience and skills at time of application- but with increases as you gain experience and meet agreed training milestones.
