End of probation - £35,000
+ EOT Profit Share (£6,745 last year for full-time employees, £3,600 tax-free!)

Full-Time, Office-Based with UK Travel

We are a fast-growing, employee-owned business looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales team. This is a brand-new role, reporting directly to the Managing Director, making it a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual ready to take the next step in their career.
What You’ll Be Doing:
🛠 Managing a Sales Team of 3 – leading, motivating, and developing the team to drive performance.
📊 Overseeing a Multi-Function Sales Department – ensuring smooth operations across different product streams.
📞 Building Strong Customer Relationships – supporting key accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
🚀 Driving Growth – implementing sales strategies to improve processes and increase revenue.
✈️ Travelling Across the UK – meeting clients and attending industry events (including overnight stays).
