🧰 The Role
We’re looking for a Junior CAD Technician to support our design and development team. You’ll work on real projects, creating precise 2D/3D drawings and helping turn ideas into reality — with full training and mentoring from our Technical Director.

✨ You’ll:

Produce clear, accurate technical drawings

Create CAD designs for CNC/machine outputs

Support product development and innovation

Collaborate with teams across production, sales & compliance

💡 You Bring:

A basic understanding of CAD and 2D design software

A keen eye for detail and eagerness to learn
(Bonus: experience with 3D CAD or Microsoft 365)

📍 Location: Winkleigh, Devon (office-based)
🕗 Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (no weekends)
💷 Salary: £27,000–£29,000 + profit share (up to £6k in 2024!)
