Following the bad weather, fortunately the cover of these structures enabled us to continue pouring giving enough shelter from the elements. Plant Fitter/ Workshop Manager
45k - 50k plus per year based in Winsford Cheshire.

We are currently recruiting an experienced Plant Fitter/mechanic required to help to
maintain a fleet of mobile concrete pumps.
Mobile Truck Mounted Concrete Pumps are large pieces of plant mounted of
Mercedes trucks – similar to a crane (take a look at our website)

The concrete pumps themselves are heavily engineered, electrically, and
hydraulically complex. We require a mechanic/engineer who could take care of the
two. A degree of patience is required to tackle the complex electro- hydraulic system,
along with the skill to overcome the heavier projects that do occur.
The candidate must have a reasonable level of knowledge of hydraulics and
electrics. You will also be working with HGV Trucks and have a basic knowledge of
heavy plant.
We run our own in – house diagnostic equipment along with another maintenance
system. We use genuine parts where possible and use top branded oils.
Maintenance is taken very seriously.
We are looking for a candidate who can,
• Take care of the maintenance and run a small workshop.
• Servicing
• Inspections
• Repairs and maintenance
• Record keeping
• Order parts
I can help, where necessary, anyone who is not completely familiar with the
machines.
We are a growing company, this roll needs someone mature enough to make the
workshop their own, and keep the fleet running as it should.
• Clean UK Driving License
• LGV/HGV Class 2 preferred
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience
