As house prices and mortgage rates continue to skyrocket, experts say modular homes could be the answer to the country’s housing crisis.

Such an exciting week last week as the very last pod of the Victoria Dock project left the factory and landed in Dundee. This project is the biggest off-site social housing project in Scotland to date and it is an exciting look at the future of modular construction in Scotland. Victoria Dock consisted of 472 modules.

A huge congratulations to all of the team on site and in the factory who worked tirelessly to get the modules out on time and in the correct order.
