After 45 years at ORAC, Ian is officially retiring today. Thank you for your hard work & dedication to the company. Good luck with the future and the ever growing DIY list you have got to do!
Moving forward, Craig is now MD and took over from Ian at the start of this year.

🚨 Completed Installation 🚨
We recently completed an installation at one of the colleges in Oxford, where a former squash court has been transformed into a modern gym for students. Our team designed and installed new air conditioning and fresh air ventilation systems across both floors, ensuring a comfortable and energy-efficient environment for training all year round. 🏋🏽🏋🏽‍♀️🏋🏽‍♂️

We have just finished our 4th complete fit out at Oxford Technology Park, Kidlington. We have installed 2 No. Mitsubishi Electric VRF heat recovery systems, MHVR systems, and a single split system to serve the IT Server room. We have also installed a walk in cold room operating at +4C. The project has been handed over with the client moving in as we speak!

Installation complete ✅

ORAC has recently completed this installation for one of the Oxford University buildings.

The installation comprises of two individual heat pump Wall Mounted split systems serving a Laser Room operating on a (N+1) run and standby set up. Plus two external condensers connecting on to two DX coils serving the AHU.

ORAC have recently completed the full design & installation of new heat pump systems including mains power upgrades for two schools in Bucks and Berks areas.

We also had to strip out the old inefficient oil & gas boilers with all works carried out of school hours. The new heat pump systems have centralised controllers linked to the school computer network for close monitoring of the systems with the aim to achieve maximum cost savings on running costs.

ORAC helped the client complete all the necessary pipework for the grants and VAT exceptions available for the project.

Installation complete! We have just completed a Samsung & Marstair installation. We have installed two heat pump split systems with Samsung’s unique round flow cassettes. Too keep the beer cool, a Marstair cellar cooler has been installed.
