Contracts get tighter.
And suddenly all the loose bits in a job start getting expensive.

Phasing is often sold as “flexible”… but it’s rarely cheaper.

When a project is split across years (phase 1 in 2025, phase 2 in 2026, phase 3 in 2027) you’re not just delaying work, you’re multiplying cost drivers: repeated prelims, lost buying power, extra design rounds, repeated mobilisation, and longer overhead exposure.

Phasing can be the right decision… as long as the commercial reality is priced properly at the start.

We’re getting close to our £10,000 target.

For those of you who may not know, Joshua, our Founder, and his family, for the last two years, have been supporting their son Winter’s fight with severe epilepsy.

Winter has already been through major surgery, with more still to come, and his courage through all of it has been incredible.

To give something back, Joshua is taking on 100km from London to Brighton in under 24 hours alongside Megan and Holly, making it a real team effort.

Together, they are raising money for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity and are now getting close to that £10,000 target.

It is a challenge with purpose, to give something back to the teams who have given so much to Winter and to so many other children and families.
