The recognition comes during a period of major growth for our business, as demand for renewable energy continues to rise across the UK. From our Suffolk roots, we’ve grown into one of the country’s leading renewable energy specialists, supporting homeowners and businesses with technologies that cut costs and reduce environmental impact.

Our story stretches back generations, beginning in Suffolk’s farming community before East Green Energy was founded almost 20 years ago. Those family values still guide how we work today.

East Green Energy has successfully completed a solar installation outside Bulmer in Suffolk. The system comprises 76 x 480W panels capable of generating in excess 36,000 kWh of clean energy annually. Approximately 35% of this output is projected for on-site use, offsetting the energy demand of the whole site which includes a wedding venue, with the surplus being fed back into the grid.

East Green Energy has successfully completed a solar installation at Manor Farm in Knodishall, Suffolk. The system comprises 220 460W panels capable of generating in excess of 100,000 kWh of clean energy annually. Approximately a quarter of this output is projected for on-site use, offsetting the energy demands of the irrigation pumps, while the surplus is fed back into the grid, enabling the farm to reach an impressive 47% energy self-sufficiency.
