Two refurbished TRUMPF machines. One busy loading day.

Recently, our team completed the load out of a refurbished 2015 TRUMPF TruLaser 3040 Fiber and a refurbished 2007 TRUMPF TruBend 5170 Pressbrake from our workshop in Bishops Frome.

Before any machine leaves Severn Machines, it goes through a comprehensive refurbishment process, testing programme and final inspection. The loading operation is the final stage before the machines begin their journey to their new owner.

A big thank you goes to Charles Russell Transport and their team for another professional and well-executed loading operation.

Another TRUMPF Fiber Laser on the move!

Today we loaded out a TRUMPF TruLaser 5030 Fiber (6kW) here at Severn Machines, ready to begin its journey to its new home in Northamptonshire.

A great bit of teamwork on site as the machine was carefully prepared, packed and loaded for transport. We’re looking forward to seeing this powerful system back in production with its new owner very soon.

Another successful refurbishment completed and another TRUMPF TruPunch 3000 Large Format machine ready for its next chapter

This machine has just completed its full journey through the Severn Machines refurbishment program, a process designed to give customers confidence, performance and reliability from a quality used TRUMPF solution.

What went into this refurbishment?

- Deep clean and full repaint
- Complete replacement of the air piping system
- Worn and damaged components replaced
- Full service and mechanical inspection
- Alignment checks and precision setup
- Comprehensive testing prior to dispatch

Once testing was complete, the machine was professionally decommissioned, packed and prepared for transport. Earlier this week it was delivered to its new home, where the installation is now underway. The final stage will see our team train the operators so the machine can move straight into production.

This is exactly what we mean when we say Severn Machines support customers from refurbishment through to installation, training and beyond.
