How do you feed an annexe when a swimming pool is being built?

This project in Stratford required a new 42mm pipe run installed around the perimeter of a future swimming pool to maintain the heating supply to an annexe with its own domestic boiler.

Not every heating job is straightforward. Sometimes the biggest challenge is finding the right route while ensuring everything continues to work as it should.

A recent project for the team involved relocating an ASHP to allow for a single-storey extension build.

To complete the move correctly, we installed insulated 35mm pipework and ran the new flow and return connections through a trench to allow the building work to continue smoothly.

Once installed, the system was filled, pressure tested and treated with glycol to meet the manufacturer’s requirements and help protect the system long term.

A tidy job completed and ready for the next stage of the project.

Recently completed system conversion in Worcester with a new Glow-worm 35c combi boiler and horizontal flue installation.

The property previously had an older hot water setup taking up cupboard space, along with heating issues downstairs caused by previous alterations to the system.

After tracing the pipework back, we removed unnecessary components, disconnected the old shower pump in the loft, and reconfigured the system properly.

The result is a cleaner, simpler and more efficient setup that works exactly as it should.

Swipe through to see how this bathroom was stripped right back and completely reworked to make the space function properly.

This wasn’t just a cosmetic update. The original layout wasn’t practical, so we carried out a full bathroom renovation, rethinking the positioning of key elements to improve flow, usability and finish.

Works included a full strip out, new pipework, updated electrics, underfloor heating installation and a complete redesign of the room. Finished with modern grey wall tiles, patterned floor tiles, a new bath with overhead shower, vanity unit and upgraded fixtures throughout.

The result is a bathroom that not only looks better, but works far better day to day.
