📢 A Service Update from Parkhouse Air Conditioning 🗣

Firstly, we would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has contacted us and continues to recommend Parkhouse Air Conditioning. The support we've received this summer has been truly overwhelming.

Following an unprecedented level of demand and the ongoing nationwide shortage of air conditioning equipment, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily pause taking on any new enquiries.

This isn't a decision we've taken lightly. As a small, family-run business, we believe every customer deserves a prompt response and excellent service. Rather than continuing to accept enquiries that we cannot deal with in a reasonable timeframe, we feel it is far fairer to pause and ensure our team has the opportunity to respond to every enquiry we have already received.

We know this may disappoint some people, and for that we sincerely apologise. However, maintaining the quality of our customer service and installations has always been more important to us than simply increasing the number of jobs we take on.

Like many installers across the UK, we're also experiencing limited availability of some air conditioning equipment. While we have planned ahead and secured stock for our existing commitments, we don't want to make promises we may not be able to keep for new customers.

Although we're not a large national company, we see our size as one of our greatest strengths. Being a family-run business allows us to provide a personal service, take pride in every installation, and build lasting relationships with our customers. We want to continue delivering that level of service rather than compromising it.

🌞🔥 A Summer Service Update from Parkhouse Air Conditioning 🔥🌞

Following the first heatwave over the May Bank Holiday, we have experienced an unprecedented surge in enquiries. We are incredibly grateful for the level of interest in our services. However, due to the exceptional volume of enquiries, we are unfortunately unable to respond to everyone as quickly as we would like.

Despite increasing our installation capacity and working through enquiries as efficiently as possible, we are now booking new installations several months in advance. As a result, we have not be able to respond to every new enquiry, and we sincerely apologise if we have been unable to contact you.

This exceptional demand has also led to significant shortages of air conditioning equipment across the UK, with many suppliers experiencing limited or no stock availability. Fortunately, through careful planning and our long-standing relationships with our suppliers, we secured substantial stock of our main systems and accessories well in advance of the summer season. At present, we have sufficient equipment to fulfil all of our existing commitments, together with enough additional stock to support new installations through to the end of October.

If your enquiry is time-sensitive and you require an installation in the near future, we would recommend contacting another reputable air conditioning specialist rather than waiting for a response from us. We appreciate this may be disappointing, and we are genuinely sorry if we are unable to assist you on this occasion.
