RDS Build is a local, friendly construction company who have grown through recommendation. We work closely with local business partners to deliver top quality new builds, conversions and extensions throughout Worcestershire.
Due to our increasing diary commitments, we are currently seeking to appoint an experienced multi skilled tradesperson to join our existing team.
The perfect candidate will be able to turn their hand to site carpentry, bricklaying, ground works, general construction tasks as required.
Some experience of managing small building projects would be an advantage but not essential, as training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Own transport will be necessary as we often work in rural locations. In return we are happy to consider a flexible working pattern and an attractive, negotiable salary, dependant on skill set and experience.

Another extension started and finished in 6 weeks over in Charlton Kings earlier this year. Snug/office space with Aluminium bi-folds and windows all ready to receive Karndean flooring. Composite decking and new lawn.

Another project complete!! So much hard graft has gone into executing this job, particularly with limited access to the rear of the property, but now all finished we can stand back, admire it and boy it was all worth it! Clients are over the moon!! Look forward to phase 3 next year.
