Spring - Summer Update.
Quadrant Cottage was completed internally by the end of January and ready for handover at the end of February as planned for occupation.
A special thanks to all involved with carrying out the work, with Luke leading the team, Jamie project managing, along with Calum, Rob, Di, Viktoria, Scott, Adam, Simon, Dan and Tim.
Also, a huge thanks for the planning meetings with our clients and good friends Simon and Natalie with the whole team, internal design by Viktoria Wellham and external landscape design by Di Wellham. All involved have been first class in ensuring the smooth running and completion of the project.
Jamie signed off his NICEIC Electrical Certificate, Dan the gas Certification, and South Worcestershire Building Control assessed and approved the build with a completion certificate, complimenting all on the standard of workmanship at each stage.
The final product was an extended, fully refurbished to the highest standard with a brand-new façade, beautiful high end prestigious family home in the West Worcestershire countryside, oozing prestige and standing proud in Structon’s Heath, under the gaze of Witley Courts, St Michael and All Saints Church, with the Malvern Hills beyond.
A monumental change to a run-down historical home, where a family now live and enjoy their wonderful surroundings.
In March, the team started the refurbishment of the stables at Meadow Farm and the upgrading and beautifying of our clients’ bathrooms and entertainment room at their main home.
Viktoria has been working hard behind the scenes to produce visuals for all new areas, which have all been discussed and agreed during her enjoyable and successful presentations, while works have now been completed on the stables and entertainment room.
With the first bathroom near completion, the second is about to start along with a new grand staircase to the house in the reception area.

Thank you to our new team members Harry and Andy who participated in the refurbishment of the luxury Entertainment Room at Meadow Farm.

Congratulations to Jamie and Viktoria for their wonderful Wedding in April, and a big thank you to the elegant bridesmaids, ushers, and best man on the day.
