We are absolutely thrilled to celebrate Conor Smith from Shortridge Ltd, awarded Apprentice of the Year! 🎉

Conor’s dedication, hard work, and drive throughout his Transport Operations Supervisor apprenticeship have been inspiring to watch. He’s embraced every opportunity to learn and grow, and his progress has not only benefited him personally but has also made a real difference to the wider team.

💬 From Conor’s Operations Manager, Gemma Torbett:
"We are thoroughly delighted to hear that Conor has been awarded Apprentice of the Year. Since starting his training, he has gone from strength to strength. It’s been great to see his confidence grow and to watch him really develop in his role.
