Replacing inefficient 25yr old boiler. With new A rated combi
5 year warranty on this with system filter. Programmable room thermostat and TRV’s on radiators.
Tennants all nice and warm

Removed gas warm air heating.
Installed new boiler with 12 years warranty. With 2 nest thermostats controlling heat from your phone on 2 separate zones upstairs and downstairs.

Today we had a emergency boiler replacement. After a late call out to stop it flooding. On a Sunday to get customer back up and running with heating and hot water fitted a vaillant heat boiler.
Nice and warm now👍👍

Mixer shower with rainfall and riser rail.
Ceiling panelled with spots and extractor. Fully tiled with grey gloss vanity unit.

A little different type of work this week
45m2 block paving with step and kerb edges. A little challenging in this cold 🥶 and short days 👍👍
