It's been a busy few weeks getting some patios/steps/hand rails/raised sleeper beds complete for some very happy customers to enjoy the 🌞 and 🍺 on.
Even managed to squeeze in a new boundary wall. 👍

🏠 1 of this weeks jobs was to remove these 2 french doors and the middle brick column, install a 5m steel to make way for bifolding doors... what a transformation. All works carried out with a structural calculation and building regulation inspection.

Wed thur fri has certainly been a Go Go Go...
100 tonnes dug out... and this afternoon has been 30tonne of concrete now back in to make way for what will be stunning 4 bedroom property In carlton in lindrick 🏘 ⚫️🟢

10 weeks in and I couldn't be prouder of this project. The whole team have smashed it👍 dedication,skill and real team work has brought us to this point and I can't wait to see this one finished!

Now this is the definition of open plan 👍
Good job we all played Jenga as kids 🫣
✅️ 800kg 8 meter steel fitted to the rear of the house this week and then the 3 beams off it to hold up the upstairs existing floors and new double side extension walls

⚫️🟢 making great progress this past few weeks on this huge project.
Finished concrete Floors all poured today and now where ready for 8 house steels to be delivered and start with fitting some next week. Some are 700kg and 8 meters long 🫣💪.
Some house this will be.. certainly honoured to be trusted on such a project and to make it somebodys dream home 👍

What Rain... 🫣💦
5 days in now on this project playing in the mud but we've managed "nearly" To tidy this job back up under foot.
60 tonnes dug out ✅️
35 tonnes of concrete back in foundations ✅️
35 tonnes of stone back in around the build ✅️
300 foundation blocks layed ✅️
Very wet builders ✅️ 🤣
