Reading into the neuroscience of motivation is something I feel should be mandatory when returning to the workplace.

Having a positive attitude in the workplace can often mean the difference between success and failure. Having a "Yes Mentality" can go a long way towards improving work relationships, productivity, and morale.

Working with a team that is built on a foundation of trust and understanding can help promote greater productivity and efficiency.

We have paved the way last year with an ultra successful year installing numerous projects across 4 continents worldwide!

However last year was just the start, this year we are prepared to dig deep again and make improvements across the board. Marginal gains are the best way to see large progression, progression is how we measure our success. Success is the accomplishment of an aim or purpose and our aim and purpose is to ensure that our children can thrive in a safe environment.

2023 has been a landmark year for Instaplay!

The year started as the previous finished, Conquering the continents! we have spread fun across Europe,Asia,Africa and North America this year and we have been extremely successful in doing so.

The squad size has expanded massively within this time which has helped give us the capacity to really push our industry into all corners of the globe!

The feedback we have received from clients far and wide has been absolutely outstanding. For us to be self aware that our mission is impacting the youth of today and to know that we really are making a difference means everything to everyone at Instaplay!

However, you can’t have a rainbow without rain. At the beginning of March we sadly lost an exceptional Team leader in Tim Moulsdale. Not only was Tim a dear friend of the lads and loved by all, he was a great role model and leader for those around him and most of all he was an absolute gent. A true credit to the industry. Tim dedicated 20 years of his wonderful life to this job and his service will never be forgotten.

A huge thank you also to company directors Alex Jones and Ceejay Hughes and a special mention for admin member Chloe who all are absolutely instrumental to the progress of our much loved company! It’s a lot of pressure when you have the livelihood of nearly 30 people to take into account, nonetheless they never fail to keep us in work all year round!

Last of all, we would like to thank the men that make this possible. From the outside in people may think they have it easy. However, what they don’t see is all the hardship the squad deal with, the massive shifts to push projects to completion, The long stints away from their own family in order to give other families a chance to congregate. Working day in day out without a question asked and finally taking all of the adversity we meet at work on the chin with a positive mindset. The work ethic from these boys honestly is second to none and without them the ship sinks.

Total Ninja situated in Cape Town was an existing inflatable park with trivial obstacle courses for varying levels of competitor. Heavily influenced by popular American TV series Ninja Warrior! 🥷

However, There was something missing. An interactive soft play with numerous game modes inclusive for large quantities of people at once, including an all time leaderboard and daily updated results.😎

Luckily through collaboration with The Play Company we were able to answer the needs of this park and enhance its customer retention by installing a thrilling 30 strike pod system within a smart and perplexing structure.🛠

The manufacturer was able to tailor to the needs of the park so that the system could sit slickly alongside the existing park!❤️🖤🥷

Subsequent to our installation at the prestigious IAAPA, the squad embarked on their travels to Oswego.

The Strike Arena system was fitted commendably with a 45 Pod interactive game system.

The 45 pods were spread over 8 various stimulating structures each as engaging as the previous!

We Also kept it classic with a textbook soft play structure. The main features of which were a vast wave slide and a traditional yet timeless spiral slide.
