polyurethane structural foam. Slab jacking is the most cost effective solution for lifting sinking or subsiding concrete slabs and foundations. Resistance “Push” Piers are generally used to repair and stabilise foundations of existing structures and homes. They are less invasive than traditional underpinning methods. These piers are installed at the footing of the foundation and attached to the foundation with an engineered bracket. Steel piles are then hydraulically pushed down into the soil from the foundation bracket until they reach bearing strata. Once the piers are installed then the home is supported by the piers and not resting on the unstable soil.
