We called our friends at laser civil engineering and plant hire Wednesday at 2 pm in need of a 22 ton machine for emergency road works and by 2 pm the next day the machine is on site off the lorry and ready to work.

Work will be in Norfolk only.

Something a little different today for a new customer, fill in the tracks with type 1 compacted in layers and create a pad for a heavy haulage lorry to sit on and load this 120 ton locomotive. Maximum compaction was needed as the combined weight of lorry and train would be around 250 tons and this was comfortably achieved with our latest investment from the Volvo 120 drum roller.
