Exciting developments on-site! Here's what's been accomplished so far:
✅ Internal plastering complete
✅ External masonry wall construction underway
✅ Internal alterations in progress
✅ New window opening created + existing window reinstalled
✅ Stunning aluminium feature window now in place

Excellent progress in just two weeks! 👷‍♂️

Works completed:

✅1.1m deep foundations (dug & concreted)

✅Steel posts installed

✅Brick course to DPC

✅Floor insulation and base concreted

✅Extended external paving with lighting

✅Very heavy beams are now in position ready for Week 3!

Excited to have kicked off this project this week!

After months of design work and planning, we’re finally on-site in Fulford, building a stunning modern orangery that will extend this family home’s kitchen and living space. The design features aluminium bi-fold doors, a large bespoke timber roof lantern, deep Accoya Wood fascias, and an expansive aluminium picture window. The project also includes a full transformation of the kitchen and dining space.
