A repair we carried out on a Worcester 50/70 & unvented cylinder. Needed a bit of tlc so fully stripped and cleaned, new seals, replaced t&p relief valve and immersion so its now all running cleanly and with no leaks 🙃

Another Worcester upgrade we did, new version 4000 30kw with system filter, shock arrestor & scale inhibitor to try help with our great water 💧
Honeywell rf thermostat for easy control and heating range rated.
Should run happily for years to come and 10 year Worcester warranty 🙂

Another upgrade we did, old boiler was still running but he wanted a new 1 ready for winter.
Replaced with the modern version Worcester 4000 and a new programmable thermostat, range rated the heating down and should keep him going for a long while 🙂

Our first Bosch 2000 ASHP 8kw. 🙂
Replaced an existing Grant unit that had seen its days, kept the hot water cylinder and altered pipework to open zone and diverter valve.
Plenty of hot water and they have their house sitting comfortably at their desired temperature 🌡 👍

Not too far from home over at Clifton moor. A case of old for new, replaced Ideal Classic boiler for the modern Max heat. Filter in airing cupboard with a new energy efficient pump.
Replaced the room thermostat & a new EPH twin channel timeclock 🙂

Bit of a bigger job this 1. Had gas brought in from the street and wanted to be heat pump ready, so out with the old oil boiler and worcester 8000 system boiler with integral diverter & priority hot water. 180 litre heat pump unvented cylinder and upgraded radiators to run at low temp.
To top it off all controlled with Bosch Easy control.
Boiler range rated and running super efficient 🙃👍

A nice local job this time.
Old combi not working so replaced with an Ideal Instinct 30 and EPH thermostat running on open therm for better control 🙂

A Main heat regular boiler kept locking out. Not serviced properly, condensate blocked solid and burner caked with debris.
Stripped it all apart, cleaned and put back together it now runs nicely again
Another 1 highlighting the importance of getting gas appliances checked & serviced annually.

A repair on an Ideal logic+ combi in Norton, Malton.
Replaced the sump, air vent and new burner gasket and cleaned the boiler up a bit. Also flushed the system water through and added new inhibitor.
Should keep her running a bit happier for a few more years

A little different to usual, customers towel rail never worked, presumed to be blocked in the wall somewhere.
Removed the valves and fitted an immersion with digital control instead
Now they can have warm towels whenever they fancy 🙂

Not done 1 of these for a while, back boiler & cylinder all took out and Ideal combi installed, system filter and Neomitis programmable thermostat.
Tenants happy with a new boiler and a new walk in wardrobe 😀
