A look back at one of our heritage restoration projects at The Chapels, Malton Cemetery.

Working on behalf of Malton Town Council, we were appointed to repair, refurbish and upgrade two Grade II Listed Cemetery Chapels – the East Chapel and Chapel of Rest – carefully preserving their historic character while enhancing accessibility and functionality.

The scheme involved extensive internal and external refurbishment works, structural repairs including underpinning, the installation of a new kitchenette and accessible WC, foul drainage connections, and sensitive conservation repairs throughout. Plastic rainwater goods were replaced with cast aluminium, inappropriate additions were removed, and the surrounding setting was enhanced with a new gravel perimeter.

Projects such as this demonstrate the care, craftsmanship and attention to detail required when working with historic buildings, ensuring they can continue to serve the community for years to come.

✨ Project Update – Thorner, Leeds ✨

Exciting progress continues on this major full house renovation project in Thorner, Leeds, as our team moves through another key stage of the transformation.

The majority of the structural steelwork is now successfully installed — a complex phase requiring detailed planning, engineering precision, and expert ex*****on. It’s fantastic to see the structure really starting to take shape on site.

At the rear of the property, the new dormer extension is now emerging and is fully erected and will create an incredible living space with stunning views overlooking the surrounding Yorkshire countryside.

We’ve also completed the steelwork for the rear extension, marking another important milestone as this bespoke renovation project continues to progress.

This is a substantial residential renovation and refurbishment project, and we’re proud to be bringing this vision to life with a focus on quality craftsmanship, structural integrity, and attention to detail throughout every stage of the build.

A stunning milestone at our Boston Spa project this week ✨

The glazed extension, expertly installed by the team at Clear Living , is now in place — bringing floods of natural light into the new kitchen and creating those clean, modern lines that connect the home seamlessly to the garden 🌿

The contemporary glass structure sits beautifully against the traditional stonework, and the precision from the Clear Living crew in manoeuvring each panel was brilliant to watch 👏

We’re nearly at the finish line now and excited to see this space fully come to life 🏡

We’re excited to share progress on this major full renovation project at Thorner in Leeds. This is a large-scale transformation, with our team making strong progress on site as the structure really begins to take shape.

The majority of the structural steelwork is now in place — a complex and challenging stage of the build that has required careful planning and precision to execute successfully. It’s great to see this key phase coming together.

The dormer at the rear of the property is now starting to take shape, and it’s set to create a fantastic space with incredible views out over the surrounding greenery.

We’ve also completed the footings for the rear extension, marking another important milestone as we move into the next stages of the project.

Quick visit to our Boston Spa site on Thursday to check in on progress — and it’s great to see things moving exactly as planned.

The steels are now fully installed, marking a big milestone for the project, and the structure of the glass extension is well and truly underway. It’s always good to see the vision starting to take shape on site.

Huge credit to the lads for the work so far 👏

We’re now looking ahead to the next key stage — with glass installation scheduled to begin on the 18th of April. Looking forward to seeing this one come together.
