Our bespoke piece of machinery arrived this week, built by Crushing and Screening Ltd.

This custom-built project has been integrated with one of our existing screening systems to further enhance our processing capabilities with wetter products.

A big thank you to AQ Logistics for transporting and lifting the equipment into place, before handing over to the hydraulics team and R.E.Thompson LTD for the final stages of installation.

We’re are looking forward to seeing it fully commissioned and in operation!

A busy week here at head office for IVC as we install our new Zac 800 separation equipment!

This latest addition to our facility will help us efficiently separate light and heavy materials from non-segregated household waste, improving our processing capabilities and supporting more effective resource recovery♻️

This week we’re busy carrying out a clear fell operation, with our tree shear and chipper working in tandem to keep the job moving smoothly, then transferring the chip into our 8-wheeler using our high-lift walking floor Triffitt trailer.

Allium Helmsley Ltd are currently looking for 2 Plant Operators to join our team on either a self-employed or employed basis.

Full training will be provided, although experience within a farming background or operating loading shovels, excavators, telehandlers, or dumpers would be advantageous.

We have two sites based near Thirsk and at Alne, York. Applicants will be expected to travel to their place of work, although transport is available when working between sites.

Working hours:
Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: 7:00am – 3:00pm
Weekend availability required.
