We are near completion on the renovation at Dikelands Lane in Poppleton.

What started as a modest bungalow has been completely reworked into a spacious 5 bedroom family home with a large modern kitchen multiple bathrooms and a layout designed for modern living.

A full structural remodel has taken place alongside a high quality finish throughout.

Final touches are going in now with more photos to follow soon 📸

We’ve completed a major new extension that adds valuable space for local classes and activities, and we’re now installing a new roof over the café seating area.

Project Update: Brooke House, Rufforth

We have recently installed a luxury Symphony kitchen at Brooke House in Rufforth. Supplied by Howarth Timber, the kitchen was fitted for our close partners, DRL Building.

With the main installation finished, it’s now ready for the stone worktop to be added—a key feature that will bring the whole design together. It’s been a pleasure working on this project, and we’re looking forward to seeing the final result.

Project Update: Brooke House, Rufforth

At Iona Lodge, progress continues to move forward. Our aerial shots capture the unique design from both the front and back, giving a real sense of the building’s layout and style. The windows are now in place, flooding the interior with natural light and enhancing the sense of space.
Inside, our veteran plasterer, Andy, and his team are nearly done, leaving the walls and ceilings looking flawless.
The advanced air-source heating system is now up and running, setting the stage for a warm and energy-efficient home. For more information on air-source heat pumps, visit this link 🔗
