Part Time Administration Assistant

Hours of work 9.30 to 2.30
4 or 5 days per week Mon to Friday
Rate of Pay £12.50 per hour
Immediate start available.
Located at our offices in Wheldrake

Responsibilities
• To support the admin team with general office duties.
• Deal with incoming telephone calls.
• Manage and order office stationery
• Assist the admin team confirming upcoming installations.
• Prepare job paperwork for outgoing jobs.

Requirements
• Understanding of Microsoft office - Outlook, Word and Excel
• Team working skills
• Customer service skills
• Organisation skills
• Ability to act independently
• Attention to detail
