Architectural Technologist / Architectural Technician 🏗️
📍 Yorkshire | Full-Time
Due to continued growth and an exciting pipeline of projects, T J Atkin Ltd is looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist / Architectural Technician to join our expanding team.
This isn't your typical architectural practice. You'll work alongside our in-house construction team, seeing projects through from initial concept right through to completion on site. If you enjoy the practical side of construction and producing buildable, high-quality technical solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
✔ Producing concept and construction drawing packages
✔ Developing technical details for industrial, commercial and agricultural projects
✔ Working closely with clients, consultants and site teams
✔ Carrying out site visits and supporting projects throughout the construction process
✔ Ensuring designs comply with Building Regulations and industry standards
We're looking for someone with:
• A qualification in Architectural Technology, Architecture or a related discipline
• Strong AutoCAD skills
• A good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive attitude and a passion for delivering quality projects
