Handing over this project tomorrow after 7 month stripping out a former hardware distribution facility in Leeds, works including stripping out redundant racking and mezzanine, removing the asbestos roof and replacing with composite roof sheets and cladding, excavating test holes to ascertain the cause of failure of the warehouse floor, stripping out the offices, installing steels to open up the first floor, replacing the leaking flat roof and carrying out a full renovation of office space including new fire alarm system, suspended ceilings, internal and external decoration and new carpets

Our next project starts next week, phase 1 and 2 this year, phase 3 in 2025, looks like we’re going to be busy!

Units 2 and 3 are high spec, modern industrial units with expansion yard space available! They are available to let imminently (minor works being undertaken).

Another busy day in York creating extra yard space, 300 ton of spoil removed, kerbs and retaining wall, 200 ton of hardcore back down in 3 weeks, today it’s 60 ton of tarmac, 100 ton to lay next week, internal offices and some drainage this month and then it’s off to Hull for our next project
