Last minute job. A rotten floor infested with wood worm. From a very long time ago. Removed all timber, replaced with tantalised timbers wrapped in DPC. DPC installed on dwarth walls and insulated. Topped with some 18mm plywood. Managed to save all the skirting and without removing fireplace!!! Not all hero’s wear capes 😂😂😂

A garage conversion into an office space. Dividing the garage up with an engineered insulated wall. Timber floor and walls installed and insulated. Plasterboarded and skimmed. An opening window and full glazed door are installed.

Been a while since I posted work. As we are on with a large project currently I'll post some jobs already completed. Fibre glass roof boarded using osb boards. Trimmed bandaged and fibreglassed ready for the skulylight install.
