A big shout out to Shane and his team for donating £100 worth of toys for the Leeds Hospital Charity toy appeal… we will be collecting toys until the 13th of December donations big or small every little helps put a smile on child’s face this Christmas 🎄

Recent job completed in York. This annex wasn’t of much use to the family in its current layout or state. With its 3 small rooms and a bathroom and washroom we were asked to change it to a more useable space. Taking out the bathroom and washroom, taking out internal walls we then began to put it back to a better space. Installing two sets of French doors with side glazing, insulating the roof space, re pointing of the external brickwork, full re plaster, new electrics, new modern heating layout and finished off with new hard wearing flooring we have this family two large rooms which they can now use as a gym and a games room

Recent kitchen extension completed over in Pocklington. This lovely couple wanted more kitchen space more suited to their needs and we created exactly what they wanted. They wanted something different from brick or render and chose to go with this Cedral cladding which fitted in perfectly with other claddings already installed on the property. New kitchen and flooring supplied by Howdens. I’d like to thank them both for all the coffee and a great reference

A great project we finished not long ago. Completely changing this 3 bed semi detached and its small kitchen area into a large open plan living space. This wrap around extension has given these clients everything they asked for which they didn’t believe was possible. Some new storage area at the front, a new utility and washroom, then by taking out the full rear corner of the house we created a large kitchen diner area. The new kitchen and flooring they chose looks fantastic into the dining area and out through the new bifolfing doors onto the new porcelain tiled patio area where they can sit and enjoy long summer nights

Recent project completed last week. An orangery style extension on the back of this property to create more space that’s full of light for this family to enjoy. Finished off with a new patio area using Indian sandstone

Another year done. We’ve had the pleasure of doing some great jobs this year and working for some lovely customers.
