The windows and doors look fabulous. Everyone we engaged with throughout the process was highly personable, knowledgeable and attentive—very much mirroring your own approach.

The ease with which the whole project unfolded really belies the professionalism, structure and effort you instil in your team, and great credit goes to you both for that.

Works of this magnitude were a big decision for us, both financially and practically, and we always felt this was fully respected. As I mentioned previously, I spent a long time looking for a business who we felt we would be comfortable working with.

We wanted an owner‑managed, ideally family‑run company, where we could engage directly at owner level throughout—and with the two of you we found that in abundance, from initial advice and guidance, through planning, and ultimately installation.

Outside of yourselves, Phil, Dan and Tom were the faces of the business for us, and they represented you proudly with the same commitment, as is clear the whole team, carry in maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and professionalism.

Your structures and processes were transparent and clearly designed to support both sides. The timeline was clear from the outset and adhered to throughout, which greatly helped our own planning.

The open provision of deposit protection insurance added further transparency and instilled confidence and trust on both sides.

This is why doors stop fitting properly…

Over time doors can swell, move and twist, especially when they’re fitted into arched openings like this one.

This customer’s old door had moved so much it simply wouldn’t sit properly in the opening anymore.

So instead of trying to force a standard door to work, we templated the curve on site and built a brand new bespoke Accoya door, made specifically to follow the exact arch of the opening.

The result…
A door that fits perfectly, closes smoothly, and will stay stable for years to come.

Sometimes the real solution is simply making it properly in the first place.
