Safe Water. Shared Voice. Climate Action.

CookClean Ghana Ltd. is pleased to support EWC Co., Ltd. in the upcoming Stakeholder Consultation Meeting for the International GHG Reduction Project through Water Purification System Installation and Supply (IGRP) under Ghana–Republic of Korea Article 6.2 Cooperation.

The project, led by EWC Co., Ltd., seeks to deploy solar-powered water purification systems while contributing to greenhouse gas emission reductions and improved access to safe drinking water in selected communities in Ghana.

As a local project partner, CookClean Ghana Ltd. is supporting EWC in selected project activities and stakeholder engagement in Ghana, alongside other members of the Korean-led project consortium.

The stakeholder consultation provides an important platform for relevant government institutions, local authorities, community representatives and other stakeholders to learn about the proposed project, ask questions, raise concerns and provide recommendations for consideration in the project's design and implementation.

At CookClean Ghana, we value meaningful stakeholder participation as an important part of developing climate interventions that are responsive to local realities and capable of delivering sustainable benefits.

We look forward to supporting EWC and the wider project team in facilitating a constructive and inclusive engagement with stakeholders in the Ashanti Region.

At CookClean Ghana Ltd, the safety and well-being of our employees remain a top priority.

We recently organized an Occupational Health and Safety Training for our production floor workers at the BOJA Cookstove Factory to strengthen workplace safety awareness and preparedness.

The training covered key areas including:

✅ Fire prevention and firefighting techniques
✅ Proper use of fire extinguishers
✅ Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and resuscitation of unconscious persons
✅ Emergency response procedures
✅ Hazard identification and risk prevention
✅ Workplace health and safety best practices

Participants were actively engaged in both theoretical and practical sessions, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to respond effectively to workplace emergencies and maintain a safe working environment.
