We’re Hiring: Marketing & Sales Officer

Agromyx is expanding across Ghana and ECOWAS markets, and we are looking for a high-performing Marketing & Sales Officer who understands distribution, revenue growth, and field ex*****on.
If you are commercially driven and ready to scale a fast-growing food brand, this opportunity is for you.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Revenue & Market Expansion

Drive monthly and annual sales targets
Identify and onboard distributors, wholesalers, and key retail accounts
Expand into new regional and ECOWAS markets
Negotiate trade terms and close deals
Marketing Ex*****on

Implement brand visibility strategies
Coordinate promotions and in-store activations
Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis
Field Operations

Perform routine market visits
Ensure strong product placement and distribution coverage
Maintain healthy distributor and retailer relationships
Reporting & KPIs

Weekly sales reporting
Track distribution growth, revenue, and collections
Provide structured commercial insights to management

What We’re Looking For

2–4 years experience in FMCG or food industry sales
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Highly target-driven and self-motivated
Must possess a valid driver’s license
