MAC Partners Training Institute - MPTI successfully trained 15 community youths from the Gold Fields Ghana Foundation through a comprehensive one-year programme focused on electrical and automation engineering.

The initiative was designed to equip participants with both theoretical knowledge and practical, hands-on skills in modern electrical systems and automated technologies. Over the course of the training, the youths were exposed to key areas such as electrical installation, control systems, industrial automation, and equipment maintenance, preparing them to meet industry standards.

This program not only enhanced their technical competencies but also improved their employability, empowering them to contribute meaningfully to the local economy and support ongoing industrial development within the Tarkwa community.
