Kimo Ltd, an indigenoues Ghanaian company, as the sole agents of the Laufen luxury brand in Ghana, sponsored the Ghana Institute of Architects in this year's 25th International Property Awards (Africa-Arabia region). With submissions made by various firms, Incept Architectural Consult emerged as the five star award winner for the Architecture, Single  Residence category, and was further nominated to represent Africa in the grand finale of the International Property Awards, along with winners from the Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe.

Upon receiving the award at a glitzy event held at the Habtoor Grand Resort in Dubai, Laquaye Glover-Tay, senior architect with Incept Architectural Consult, and her colleague Richard Owusu, operations manager, expressed appreciation to Mr Sabastian Schmidt, Director Export International Sales for Laufen, for their support of Ghanaian firms through their agent KIMO.

The Principal of IAC, Cecil Abbey further thanked Mr Nader Issa, of KIMO, for their support. He further reflected on how over the past 25 years, Kimo has kept on excelling in pushing the edge, to enhance the products that local firms like IAC and others specify on their projects, to enable them to compete at the Global level. The support and recognition was encouraging to the entire team and they would aspire for more excellence to fly high the flag of Ghana.
