The relationship we have built with you goes beyond friendship. We are family and we look forward to a fruitful relationship this year and beyond."
“Diamond Cement remains the best choice on the cement market because we select top-quality raw materials in our environment. Diamond Cement is resistant to chemical corrosion, has a fast setting quality, high degree of cohesion and high durability in concrete and motar. We are continually employing advanced technology to give our customers the best cement they can get.
The Executive Secretary of Cement Manufacturers Association of Ghana, Dr. Dawson-Ahmoah was excited about the strides made by Diamond Cement and the rapport they have sustained with their stakeholders.
“On behalf of the Cement Manufacturers Association of Ghana, I wish to congratulate Diamond Cement for putting together this commendable act of appreciating their distributors and customers. Appreciating customers is an indication that you value your partners and those that you work with. The Association exists to protect the interest of Cement producers like Diamond Cement. We would like to take this opportunity to appeal to government to take off the 5% non-refundable VAT levy on the industry to help make our production costs a little more bearable.”
Mr. Dawson-Ahmoah commended the government for reducing the influx of cement from China by 97% and introducing the Ghana International Trade Commission, an Industry Law to protect all industries. He also asked that cement companies be given priority in granting license to mine limestone.
