Sometimes, the most valuable conversations are the ones that challenge what you think you already know.

I had the pleasure of welcoming a group of students from the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA), to FURWOODD as part of their Public Relations research.

Our conversation explored FURWOODD’s journey, our approach to public relations, the challenges we’re navigating, and how fresh perspectives can contribute to our growth.

What stood out to me wasn’t just their curiosity, but the depth of their questions. They asked thoughtful, thought-provoking questions that challenged some of my assumptions and pushed me to reconsider what I believed was possible.

It reminded me of something important: Leadership isn’t just about sharing what you know. It’s also about being willing to question what you think you know.

Sometimes, the people who help you see things differently are the very people you expected to teach.

I left that conversation just as much a learner as I was a host.

Thank you to the UPSA students for such an insightful exchange. The future belongs to curious minds that aren’t afraid to ask difficult questions.

What a time we had! 😩🔥

Yesterday at the Grandmaster Builders Seminar was nothing short of GREATNESS.

There are rooms you enter and leave with notes, and then there are rooms you leave with a completely different way of thinking. This was one of those rooms.

The depth of wisdom, practical knowledge and understanding shared with us was incredible. From building businesses and systems to recognizing opportunities, solving problems, negotiating and executing ideas, there was so much to take away.

One thing became even clearer to me: great things are not built by ideas alone. They are built by people who are willing to learn, think differently and execute.

Thank you, Sir, for pouring so much into us. The wisdom you shared will stay with us for a very long time. 🙏🔥
