We saw families fight over inherited lands.
We saw individuals purchase land only to discover ownership challenges later.
We saw developers begin projects without accurate surveys, leading to costly mistakes.

We knew there had to be a better way.

That realization pushed us to establish SHADD Engineering Consult.

Today, our mission remains the same:
