The โ€“ Ashanti Digi-Reintegrate Programme is a hands-on training supporting returnees and women to build sustainable businesses using digital tools.

Todayโ€™s focus was on Sales and Conversion โ€” turning conversations into real income.

Led by Naomi Ama Boakyewaa Kokuro (Lead Trainer) with support from Charles Asante (Assistant Trainer), participants learnt to:

We also hosted Pan African Savings and Loans, and almost 95% of participants signed up to explore financial opportunities.

Participants:

๐Ÿ‘‰ Used AI tools (Meta AI, Gemini, ChatGPT) to refine their business bios
๐Ÿ‘‰ Learnt how to create content using the 3Es: Exciting, Educational, and Engaging

One key takeaway:
๐Ÿ‘‰ Consistency, authenticity, and a clear message matter more than perfection.

They also practised creating short promo videos using a simple structure:

We wrapped up with a session from MTN, who supported participants with MTN Business SIM registrations.

Todayโ€™s focus was on defining businesses clearly and going digital.

Led by Naomi Ama Boakyewaa Kokuro (Lead Trainer) with support from Charles Asante (Assistant Trainer), participants:

๐Ÿ‘‰ Applied FAB Analysis to communicate what they offer
๐Ÿ‘‰ Practised through group learning, working with sample businesses before applying it to their own

Participants also got hands-on with:

๐ŸŽฅ TikTok (setup and profile optimisation)
