First turbine in the water at Dieppe Le Tréport, France! 🌊⚓️

Proudly manufactured by our team in Le Havre, this is just the beginning of watching this wind farm take shape.
Once completed, this project will help bring our total installed capacity in France to 2 GW.

Massive shoutout and thank you to OceanWinds, Les Éoliennes en Mer Services, our partners, and our incredible Siemens Gamesa teams!

Need an extra reason to celebrate Global Wind Day? The final Siemens Gamesa turbine has now been installed at the Sofia Offshore Wind Farm.

It has been made possible by the passion, expertise and teamwork of colleagues across engineering, manufacturing and offshore ex*****on — together with our partners at RWE.

Sofia is not just about scale. With 50 turbines featuring our RecyclableBlade technology, it’s a step forward in building a more circular and sustainable future for wind.

It’s also a proud moment for our teams in Hull and across the UK supply chain, powering projects at home and beyond.

Today, we celebrate wind, and the people making it possible every single day. 💜🌍

I have giant arms but cannot hug, I catch the breeze without a shrug. I stand tall across the land and sea, turning a spin into green energy. What am I? 🤔
..A wind turbine, of course!

Everyday is a wind day for us, and we love bringing that energy to the grid all year round.

Happy Global Wind Day from all of us at Siemens Gamesa! 🌍✨

115 meters of engineering.
Clean energy in motion. 🌬️
The first B115 blades are sailing from Le Havre in France to Denmark for Thor, the country’s largest offshore wind project, set to exceed 1 GW of capacity.
Proud of the Le Havre team powering the energy transition. 💜

Offshore ex*****on for Baltica 2 is now underway 🌊🇵🇱

Siemens Gamesa joined partners Ørsted and PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna in Gdańsk to mark the Baltica 2 groundbreaking ceremony, celebrating the start of offshore ex*****on for one of Poland’s largest offshore wind projects.

For Baltica 2, we will deliver 107 SG 14-222 offshore wind turbines, supporting Poland’s transition toward clean, reliable, and secure energy from the Baltic Sea. With offshore ex*****on now underway, the project is becoming a visible reality.

The event also highlighted the importance of industrial partnerships and local supply chain collaboration in building Europe’s offshore wind future. Together with our partners and suppliers, projects like Baltica 2 help drive industrial development, skilled jobs, and long-term energy resilience in the region.

👏Thank you to Ørsted, PGE, local partners, and everyone contributing to this important project.

Building large-scale infrastructure is never easy, but the journey to bring 176 MW of clean energy to New Zealand was a true test of grit.

Between the mountainous terrain near Napier and the challenges brought by a pandemic and a cyclone, our teams had to be at their very best. 🏔️

Today, those 41 wind turbines are officially powering 70,000 homes across the country! This project is a proud reminder that when we work together with the best partners, we can overcome any obstacle to secure a cleaner, greener future for all. 🌍♻️

1.4 GW of clean energy starts NOW. 🌊⚡️

The first turbine at East Anglia THREE is officially standing offshore! Featuring 115-metre blades produced by our 1,400 experts in Hull, this project will soon power 1.3 million homes with 1.4 GW of clean energy. This is a massive team effort involving a supply chain from Hull to Esbjerg and Lowestoft. Huge thanks to our partners , , and as we power the UK’s energy transition together. 🛠️
