Engineering precision at the interface. This project is a masterful demonstration of how BIM (Building Information Modeling) ensures the seamless integration of distinct structural systems.

For the smaller building section, NFC managed the complex transition where the reinforced concrete base of the lower levels meets the high-spec structural steel frame of the 2nd floor. By coordinating this hybrid construction through the BIM model, we resolved manufacturability issues and achieved zero-error placement for the steel columns onto the existing concrete starters.

Our focus on structural steel management and digital-first coordination guarantees perfect load path continuity and the high-standard architectural result required for this 2,500 m² commercial landmark.
