C-O lab C-O lab is an architectural-construction office based in Athens and Serifos.

It was founded in 2016, in collaboration with Christos Siantrivanopoulos, Surveying Engineer and constructor, and Olga Ktenà, Architect Engineer and Interior Designer.

The revival of "Batis Bakery" In Kato Chora, Serifos, a building with a history starting before 1885 is transformed. Historically known as a grocery store and bakery, the original structure expanded over the years. Our goal was to unify these spaces into a modern two-storey house, maintaining a minimal aesthetic that respects and blends seamlessly into the Cycladic landscape.

OUTLINE _ under construction

New cave house in Ganema, Serifos — designed to blend into the natural slope behind an existing stone wall. Two parallel facades, filtered light, and a planted roof bring the landscape into the architecture.
Sliding glass,warm wood, and soft light define the interior, while the outdoor spaces flow naturally between sun and shade.
