For this reason there was special training from renowned Italian experts in the field of fish processing, so that today our company can produce up to 18 different products, while maintaining the safest standards of processing, packaging and storage required so that consumers can enjoy products of high added value, high quality and with nutritional value, with fish caught only from local fishermen thus maintaining the uniqueness of our products. The purpose of all these efforts is the promotion and dissemination of fisheries in our country and the exploitation of fishery products and to highlight the characteristics of fishery production on the international food market and the international tourist market.
