Our latest arrival Río Negro comes from Huila, Colombia, where producer Felix Alberto Torres Morantes, cultivates this exceptional Pink Bourbon between 1,670–1,830 m.a.s.l.

Through an experimental lactic fermentation process, this coffee develops remarkable sweetness, complexity, and aromatic intensity while preserving the elegance that makes Pink Bourbon so highly sought after.

The result is a vibrant, expressive cup with a silky texture, refined acidity and layers of fruit-forward sweetness that showcase both the variety and the producer’s craftsmanship.
