Προμελέτη αρχιτεκτονικής εσωτερικών χώρων μεζονέτας στη Λάρισα

Η μελέτη οργανώνεται γύρω από την έννοια της καθημερινής κατοίκησης ως συνεχούς εμπειρίας: ροές, οπτικές φυγές και ήπιες μεταβάσεις μεταξύ των ζωνών.
Η παλέτα υλικών ισορροπεί ανάμεσα σε φυσικές υφές (ξύλο), συνθετες (μωσαικο) και καθαρές επιφάνειες, με ελεγχόμενες χρωματικές εντάσεις που ορίζουν επιμέρους λειτουργίες.

Οι φωτορεαλισμοί αποτυπώνουν τη χρήση του χώρου σε πραγματικές συνθήκες, ενσωματώνοντας την κίνηση και την ανθρώπινη παρουσία ως μέρος της σύνθεσης σε συνάρτηση με το φυσικο φως.........................................................

The study is structured around the concept of everyday living as a continuous spatial experience: flows, visual axes, and subtle transitions between zones, in direct relation to natural light.

The material palette balances natural textures (wood), composite surfaces (terrazzo), and clean finishes, with controlled color accents defining distinct functional areas, while interacting with the changing qualities of daylight.

The renderings depict the space in real-life conditions, incorporating movement and human presence as integral elements of the composition, emphasizing the role of natural light throughout the day.

🔹 Better Me Healthy Foods – Concept Store
📍 Μανωλάκη, κέντρο Λάρισας, Ελλάδα

Το Better Me Healthy Foods αποτελεί ένα σύγχρονο concept store υγιεινής διατροφής στο εμπορικό κέντρο της Λάρισας. Η δημιουργία του χώρου βασίστηκε στη φιλοσοφία της συνεχούς αυτοβελτίωσης που εκφράζει το brand, μεταφράζοντας την ιδέα της ισορροπημένης ζωής σε μια σαφή χωρική εμπειρία μέσα στην τοπική αγορά.

Η Λάρισα, ως δυναμικό εμπορικό και αστικό κέντρο της Θεσσαλίας, διαθέτει μια ιδιαίτερα ενεργή αγορά λιανικής. Το κατάστημα σχεδιάστηκε ώστε να ενταχθεί οργανικά σε αυτό το περιβάλλον, προτείνοντας μια σύγχρονη, καθαρή και αναγνωρίσιμη ταυτότητα που ξεχωρίζει στον εμπορικό ιστό της πόλης.

Η αρχιτεκτονική οργάνωση του χώρου βασίζεται σε μια ευανάγνωστη διάταξη που διευκολύνει την περιήγηση και αναδεικνύει τις διαφορετικές κατηγορίες προϊόντων. Η σαφής σήμανση, οι ανοιχτές ραφιέρες και οι επιδαπέδιες νησίδες δημιουργούν μια άνετη και άμεση εμπειρία αγορών για τον επισκέπτη.

Κεντρικό στοιχείο της αισθητικής του καταστήματος αποτελεί η χρωματική παλέτα με κυρίαρχο το τυρκουάζ, που λειτουργεί ως βασικός φορέας της ταυτότητας του brand. Οι διάτρητες μεταλλικές επιφάνειες, τα καμπύλα στοιχεία και οι custom κατασκευές διαμορφώνουν ένα ενιαίο σύστημα επίπλων που οργανώνει τον χώρο και ενισχύει τη συνολική εμπειρία.

Τα ειδικά σχεδιασμένα έπιπλα συνδυάζουν λειτουργικότητα και καθαρή γεωμετρία, φιλοξενώντας διαφορετικούς τύπους προϊόντων — από συσκευασμένα τρόφιμα και snacks μέχρι προϊόντα χύμα και ψυχόμενα είδη. Παράλληλα, ο γραμμικός φωτισμός και οι ενσωματωμένες φωτιστικές κατασκευές δημιουργούν ένα φωτεινό και ευχάριστο περιβάλλον που αναδεικνύει το προϊόν και τη δομή του χώρου.

Το αποτέλεσμα είναι ένα σύγχρονο κατάστημα που εισάγει μια διαφορετική προσέγγιση στον χώρο της υγιεινής διατροφής στη Λάρισα, συνδυάζοντας αρχιτεκτονικό σχεδιασμό, ισχυρή ταυτότητα brand και μια εμπειρία λιανικής που απευθύνεται σε ένα κοινό ολοένα και πιο ευαισθητοποιημένο σε θέματα ποιότητας ζωής.

🔹 Better Me Healthy Foods – Concept Store
📍 Manolaki Street, Larisa city center, Greece

Better Me Healthy Foods is a contemporary healthy-food concept store located in the commercial center of Larisa. The design approach was developed around the brand’s core philosophy of continuous self-improvement, translating the idea of a balanced lifestyle into a clear spatial experience within the local retail context.

Larisa functions as a dynamic commercial hub of Thessaly, with a lively urban retail environment. The store was conceived to integrate naturally into this context while introducing a distinct and contemporary identity that stands out within the city’s shopping landscape.

The spatial organization of the interior is based on a clear and legible layout that facilitates movement and product visibility. Defined product zones, open shelving systems and central display islands create a comfortable and intuitive shopping experience for visitors.

A vibrant yet balanced color palette defines the interior, with turquoise acting as the primary element of the brand identity. Perforated metal surfaces, curved structural elements and custom-designed shelving units form a unified furniture system that organizes the space while reinforcing the overall aesthetic language of the store.

All furniture and display systems were specially designed for the project, combining durability, flexibility and clean geometric forms. Open shelving, freestanding displays and dedicated installations for bulk products and refrigerated items enhance product accessibility while maintaining visual clarity.

Lighting also plays an important role in shaping the atmosphere of the space. Linear lighting fixtures and integrated luminaires embedded within the shelving structures create a bright and welcoming environment that highlights both the products and the architectural composition of the interior.

The result is a contemporary retail environment that introduces a new approach to healthy-food stores in Larisa, combining architectural design, strong brand identity and a clear, user-focused shopping experience.

το JOIST στο φρούριο της Λάρισας (στην πάροδο Φιλελλήνων) , Joist Innovation Space Larissa in other words, οδεύει προς ολοκλήρωση. Πριν το επισκεφτείτε και δείτε τον ζωντανό χώρο αυτό είναι ένα preview της μελετης της αυλής του που εκπονήσαμε και αποτελει προσαρμογή της ταυτότητας του joist στο συγκεκριμένο χώρο.

JOIST at the frourio area of Larissa, in other words Joist Innovation Space Larissa, is nearing completion. Before you visit and experience the space live, this is a preview of the courtyard design study we developed, which represents an adaptation of the JOIST identity to this specific site.

The Upgraded Square of Kalyvia, Elassona.
((On the occasion of the project’s inclusion for funding by the Green Fund and the commencement of construction works.)

The square is being redesigned with respect for the area’s history and its natural landmark—the central plane tree and the church. Although its shape is almost square, it is organized into two main zones:
✔️ an open space for events and gatherings
✔️ a leisure area, ideal for coffee, short stops, and everyday relaxation

Circular ground patterns, contemporary lighting, and greenery create a welcoming environment, while pergolas on both sides of the square enhance social interaction and encourage use throughout the day.

The monument is placed next to the church entrance and is highlighted through subtle planting, seating, and lighting, becoming a point of reference without being detached from the daily life of the square.

Special emphasis is given to lighting, ensuring a sense of safety and comfort during the evening hours, as well as to paving materials inspired by the stone of the church and the area’s characteristic red clay.

With increased greenery, locally adapted low-maintenance plants, and modern urban furniture, the square is transformed into a vibrant public space for meeting, culture, and everyday life.

Η αναβαθμισμένη πλατεία για τα Καλύβια, Ελασσόνας.
(Με αφορμή την ένταξη του έργου για χρηματοδότηση από το Πράσινο Ταμείο και την έναρξη των εργασιών κατασκευής)

Η πλατεία ανασχεδιάζεται με σεβασμό στην ιστορία και στο φυσικό της τοπόσημο, τον κεντρικό πλάτανο και τον ναό. Αν και το σχήμα της είναι σχεδόν τετράγωνο, οργανώνεται σε δύο βασικές ζώνες:
✔️ έναν ανοιχτό χώρο για εκδηλώσεις και συγκεντρώσεις
✔️ έναν χώρο αναψυχής, ιδανικό για καφέ, στάση και καθημερινή χαλάρωση

Οι κυκλικές χαράξεις στο δάπεδο, ο σύγχρονος φωτισμός και το πράσινο διαμορφώνουν ένα φιλόξενο περιβάλλον, ενώ οι πέργκολες στις δύο πλευρές της πλατείας ενισχύουν την κοινωνικότητα και τη χρήση του χώρου καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια της ημέρας.

Το μνημείο τοποθετείται δίπλα στην είσοδο της εκκλησίας και αναδεικνύεται μέσα από διακριτική φύτευση, καθιστικά και φωτισμό, αποτελώντας σημείο αναφοράς χωρίς να απομονώνεται από τη ζωή της πλατείας.

Ιδιαίτερη έμφαση δίνεται στον φωτισμό, που δημιουργεί αίσθημα ασφάλειας και άνεσης τις βραδινές ώρες, καθώς και στα υλικά δαπέδου, εμπνευσμένα από την πέτρα της εκκλησίας και τον χαρακτηριστικό κόκκινο πηλό της περιοχής.

Με περισσότερο πράσινο, τοπικά φυτά χαμηλών απαιτήσεων και σύγχρονο αστικό εξοπλισμό, η πλατεία μετατρέπεται σε έναν ζωντανό δημόσιο χώρο συνάντησης, πολιτισμού και καθημερινής ζωής.

Ένας συμπεριληπτικός χώρος για την κοινότητα.

Αυτή την περίοδο βρισκόμαστε στη φάση αναβάθμισης και επέκτασης των εγκαταστάσεων της Σχολής Καραβάνα, με έμφαση στους νέους χώρους που θα υποστηρίξουν τη μελλοντική λειτουργία του Λυκείου.
Οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι ενός σχολείου αποτελούν βασικό πυρήνα της καθημερινής σχολικής ζωής και οφείλουν να διαμορφώνονται ως ένα ασφαλές, παιδαγωγικό και συμπεριληπτικό περιβάλλον, που ενισχύει τη μάθηση, τη συνεργασία και την αίσθηση κοινότητας.
