We are excited to announce the continuation of collaboration between BCT Group and VITROMED GmbH, the Greek affiliate, for the new 1000 sq.m. two-story GMP Production Facility in Athens, Greece.

🌍 VITROMED GmbH is a leading global company in the Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) specializing in development and manufacturing of high-quality products for IVF laboratories worldwide for more than 15 years and with a presence in over 50 countries

👷‍♀️ This project covers the Design, Construction, Validation and Cleanroom Certification of all the GMP Production Areas complying to the very special requirements of the production processes, that is unceasable maintenance of cleanroom classification, constant environmental conditions and differential pressures with almost zero fluctuations, no vibration, low noise and no air streams assuring top quality of final products.

We are especially grateful to VITROMED for the long-lasting collaboration and the continued trust.

Με ιδιαίτερη χαρά ανακοινώνουμε τη συνέχιση της συνεργασίας μεταξύ του BCT Group και της VITROMED GmbH (της ελληνικής θυγατρικής εταιρείας) για τη νέα διώροφη GMP μονάδα παραγωγής, επιφάνειας 1.000 τ.μ., στην Αθήνα.

🌍 Η VITROMED GmbH αποτελεί κορυφαία παγκόσμια εταιρεία στον τομέα της Υποβοηθούμενης Αναπαραγωγής (ART), με εξειδίκευση στην ανάπτυξη και κατασκευή προϊόντων υψηλής ποιότητας για εργαστήρια εξωσωματικής γονιμοποίησης (IVF) σε όλο τον κόσμο εδώ και περισσότερα από 15 χρόνια, διαθέτοντας παρουσία σε πάνω από 50 χώρες.

👷‍♀️ Το έργο περιλαμβάνει τον σχεδιασμό, την κατασκευή, την επικύρωση (validation) και την πιστοποίηση των καθαρών χώρων (cleanrooms) για όλες τις ζώνες παραγωγής GMP, τηρώντας τις ιδιαίτερα αυστηρές απαιτήσεις των παραγωγικών διαδικασιών: διαρκή διατήρηση της ταξινόμησης καθαρού χώρου, σταθερές περιβαλλοντικές συνθήκες και διαφορικές πιέσεις με σχεδόν μηδενικές διακυμάνσεις, απουσία κραδασμών, χαμηλά επίπεδα θορύβου και απουσία ανεπιθύμητων ρευμάτων αέρα, διασφαλίζοντας έτσι την κορυφαία ποιότητα των τελικών προϊόντων.

Design & Build of new Operations Facility for Bennett Pharmaceuticals, Koropi, Greece.

At BCT Group, we take pride in delivering complex engineering solutions that support the most demanding industrial environments.

One of our flagship ongoing turnkey projects is the development of
Bennett's pharmaceutical spaces within its new 16,000 m² operations facility. BCT Group is responsible for the complete pharmaceutical cleanroom engineering scope, as well as the overall project coordination of the Pharma Suites.

Νέες εγκαταστάσεις της Bennett Pharmaceuticals, Κορωπί

Στην BCT Group, αναλαμβάνουμε σύνθετα έργα που απαιτούν υψηλή τεχνογνωσία, ακρίβεια και απόλυτη συμμόρφωση με τις απαιτήσεις της φαρμακοβιομηχανίας.

Ένα από τα σημαντικότερα έργα που υλοποιούμε αυτή την περίοδο είναι η μελέτη και κατασκευή των φαρμακευτικών χώρων της Bennett στις νέες εγκαταστάσεις της, συνολικής επιφάνειας 16.000 τ.μ.

Η BCT Group έχει αναλάβει το σύνολο των εργασιών μηχανικής για τους καθαρούς χώρους (cleanrooms), καθώς και τον γενικό συντονισμό του έργου των Pharma Suites.

🚀 BCT Group actively contributes to the development of the growing space ecosystem of Greece and Cyprus

In the last 2 years, BCT Group has taken a leading role in the development of specialized Cleanroom infrastructures for the production, integration and testing of satellites, participating in projects of high technological value for public, academic and private entities, as part of the Greece 2.0 program, funded by the EU and guided by ESA. (European Space Agency)

These include projects for:
• Democritus University of Thrace and the DUTHSat-2 satellite
• Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the 3U CubeSat nanosatellite
• HAI's HAIT Facility
• Cyprus Space Exploration Organization
• ECLIPTIC
• Other Greek and Cypriot private companies in the industry

🎓 Recognizing the importance of education and technological advancement, BCT Group donated (designed & built) the first Satellite AIT Cleanroom to the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
🛰️ This infrastructure was utilized for the construction of the Greek satellites project ERMIS 1-2-3, which were recently successfully launched into Space.

🚀 Ο Όμιλος BCT συμβάλλει ενεργά στην ανάπτυξη του αναπτυσσόμενου διαστημικού οικοσυστήματος της Ελλάδας και της Κύπρου.

Τα τελευταία 2 χρόνια, ο Όμιλος BCT έχει αναλάβει ηγετικό ρόλο στην ανάπτυξη εξειδικευμένων υποδομών Cleanroom για την παραγωγή, ενσωμάτωση και δοκιμή δορυφόρων, συμμετέχοντας σε έργα υψηλής τεχνολογικής αξίας για δημόσιους, ακαδημαϊκούς και ιδιωτικούς φορείς, στο πλαίσιο του προγράμματος Ελλάδα 2.0, που χρηματοδοτείται από την ΕΕ και καθοδηγείται από την ESA (European Space Agency).

🎓 Αναγνωρίζοντας τη σημασία της εκπαίδευσης και της τεχνολογικής προόδου, ο Όμιλος BCT δώρισε (σχεδίασε και κατασκεύασε) το πρώτο Satellite AIT Cleanroom στο Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών.

🛰️ Η υποδομή αυτή αξιοποιήθηκε για την κατασκευή του ελληνικού έργου δορυφόρων ERMIS 1-2-3, οι οποίοι εκτοξεύτηκαν πρόσφατα με επιτυχία στο Διάστημα.

📜BCT is proud to celebrate four additional CTCB-I International Cleanroom Technology Certifications earned by our Mechanical Engineers, reaching 7 professionals in total, been certified in Cleanroom Technology and Testing.

CTCB-I (Cleanroom Testing and Certification Board International) is the main International Board that provides Training and Professional Certification in Cleanroom Testing and Technology.

In BCT with our growing team of 22 skilled Engineers (mechanical and Electrical), we continue to strengthen our expertise, expand our capabilities, and invest in knowledge that drives innovation and excellence.

The Wire Trade Fair Dusseldorf GERMANY has just come to an end, and we’re feeling inspired, energized, and grateful!

The attendance to our booth was beyond any expectation, as a great number of visitors from all around the globe came to BCT booth to see our Model Degassing Carousel and learn more about Power Cables Degassing.

The outcome of WIRE Trade Fair makes us proud and is a confirmation that our Sailing Horizons are on the right direction.
