At FEAC Engineering, Real-Time Digital Twins are at the core of our vision for the future of engineering.
Through our proprietary ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ข๐ ๐ข๐ญ๐๐ฅ ๐๐ฐ๐ข๐ง ๐๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค and our collaboration with Siemens Digital Industries Software around the ๐๐ฑ๐๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐๐๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ข๐ ๐ข๐ญ๐๐ฅ ๐๐ฐ๐ข๐ง (๐๐๐) concept, we are continuously investing in technologies that bridge high-fidelity simulations with real-world operational data.
As part of this effort, we are proud to collaborate with leading academic and research institutions worldwide, including Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
We were therefore delighted to participate in the ๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ง๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐๐จ๐ง๐๐๐ซ๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐๐จ๐ง๐๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐๐ฌ๐๐ ๐๐๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐๐ง๐๐ง๐๐ ๐ข๐ง ๐๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐๐๐ (๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐), held in Athens, where our colleague Mr. Ioannis Georgiadis, CAE Engineer | FEA Specialist, presented our joint work with the team of Prof. Fotis Kopsaftopoulos from RPI:
โTowards a Real-Time Digital Twin of a Composite UAV Wing for Next-Era Structural Health Monitoring based on High-Fidelity Simulations, Reduced Order Models, and Sensor Dataโ
The conference provided an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas with experts from academia and industry on topics such as ๐๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐๐ฅ๐ญ๐ก ๐๐จ๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ , ๐๐ข๐ ๐ข๐ญ๐๐ฅ ๐๐ฐ๐ข๐ง๐ฌ, ๐๐จ๐ง๐๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐๐ฌ๐๐ ๐๐๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐๐ง๐๐ง๐๐, and predictive maintenance for aerospace systems.
Many thanks to the ๐๐๐๐๐๐ organizers, all participants, and our collaborators at RPI for the valuable discussions and inspiring exchange of knowledge.
