All products are designed and manufactured, with the strictest control and highest quality standards, and then distributed to all the branches. Yesterday, our CEO, Stavros Lalizas, was invited as a guest speaker at the Greece–South Africa Investment Forum 2026 at the Piraeus Chamber of Commerce & Industry, alongside Honourable Mr. Lubabalo Oscar Mabuyane, Premier of the Eastern Cape Provincial Government, and H.E. Dr. Lindiwe Msengana-Ndlela, Ambassador of the Republic of South Africa in Greece.

During his presentation, Stavros Lalizas shared insights into our company's longstanding activity and presence in South Africa, highlighting the importance of local partnerships, human relationships, and sustainable business development. He also spoke about the company’s future plans and commitment to further strengthening cooperation and investment ties in the region.

As a gesture of appreciation, he had the honour of presenting copies of his recently published book “From ashes to rebirth” to the distinguished guests.

A valuable forum that further reinforced the strong potential for collaboration between Greece and South Africa.

As we begin with an exciting Posidonia Week, LALIZAS hosted the Ship Chandlers & Service Providers Summit 2026 at our newly inaugurated, state-of-the-art headquarters in the heart of Piraeus.

The event brought together ship chandlers and service providers from around the world - a gathering of leading professionals driving the maritime supply industry forward.

The gathering was full of insightful presentations and business meetings that led to constructive dialogue on safety products & services, as well as on how we can develop our cooperation further.

Attendees explored our new facilities first-hand and engaged in meaningful discussions that reflect the trust and collaboration at the heart of our partnerships.

LALIZAS proudly participated in this year’s Posidonia Games, joining the Posidonia Cup on Friday, May 29, the Basketball Tournament and Cycling Race on Saturday, May 30, and the Running Race today!

It was a great weekend full of energy and teamwork, bringing people from across the maritime industry together for a good cause, through friendly competition and shared experiences. We are proud of for their enthusiasm, team spirit, and participation throughout all events.

A special highlight for our team was the participation of our CEO, Mr. Stavros Lalizas, in the Posidonia Cup, making the event even more inspiring for us!
