This living space is defined by a quiet material palette, where soft upholstery, natural oak, and mineral surfaces come together to create an atmosphere of calm permanence. The custom shelving wall introduces a strong vertical cadence, giving the room both structure and depth, while integrated lighting adds a subtle sense of intimacy.

The seating composition anchors the space with generous, sculptural forms that feel both contemporary and inviting. Curved tables soften the geometry, and the full-height drapery filters daylight into a gentle, even glow. The result is an interior that balances precision with comfort — minimal in expression, yet deeply tactile and livable. ⚪Design by: .architects.studio

The shower area is conceived as a transparent volume, enclosed with glass so that the full depth of the room remains visible. Stone continues uninterrupted across the walls, creating a seamless mineral backdrop that gives the interior its quiet strength. The narrow vertical window becomes a luminous incision in the composition, bringing daylight deep into the space while preserving privacy and serenity.

The warm reflections on the glass soften the geometry of the room, allowing light, shadow, and material texture to overlap. Bronze fixtures introduce a refined contrast against the natural stone, adding depth without disrupting the restrained palette. The wall-mounted sanitary elements maintain the clarity of the floor plane, reinforcing a sense of openness and precision.
The towel rails are treated not as accessories, but as architectural lines drawn across the stone. Their bronze finish responds to the warmth of the material, while the natural veining of the tiles gives each surface a unique and tactile presence. Design by: .architects.studio

The project explores the bathroom not merely as a functional room, but as an intimate interior landscape. Large-format stone surfaces wrap the walls and vanity, creating a continuous mineral envelope that gives the space a sense of depth, warmth, and permanence. The veining of the stone becomes a subtle ornament, allowing the material itself to carry the visual narrative.

Light is treated as an architectural material. Concealed linear illumination washes the vertical planes, softening the geometry and emphasizing the rhythm of the central volumes.
The double vanity is designed as a monolithic element, floating above a timber shelf that brings balance and tactility to the stone. Dark bronze fixtures and refined detailing add a quiet contrast, reinforcing the atmosphere of understated luxury.

Every line, joint, and shadow has been considered to create a space that feels serene, precise, and timeless — a private retreat shaped by material honesty and architectural restraint. Design by: .architects.studio

The tall oak cabinetry forms a warm architectural wall, integrating ovens, storage, and services into a single continuous surface. Its vertical grain and precise panelling bring order to the room, while the stone island projects forward as a sculptural counterpoint: solid, generous, and softly reflective.

Marble is used not simply as a finish, but as a spatial element. It frames the working zone, wraps the island, and creates a dialogue between mass and lightness. The stone’s natural veining introduces an organic rhythm that contrasts with the controlled geometry of the joinery.

A suspended linear pendant cuts across the composition, giving the kitchen a sense of proportion and calm focus. Design: .architects.studio ً

A restrained palette of natural oak, soft marble, and dark metal establishes a quiet dialogue between warmth and precision. The stone surfaces wrap the working zone almost like a carved niche, creating a continuous backdrop where veining, shadow, and reflection become part of the composition. Against this mineral surface, the vertical grain of the timber cabinetry introduces rhythm and scale.

The linear pendant becomes a defining gesture within the space: a fine horizontal line of light suspended between stone and wood. It sharpens the geometry of the kitchen while softening the atmosphere, drawing attention to the depth of the materials and the subtle transitions between planes.

Function is deliberately integrated into the architecture. Appliances, storage, sink, and cooking surfaces are composed within a clean framework, allowing the kitchen to feel calm, generous, and uninterrupted. The island extends forward as a monolithic element, offering both a working surface and a social threshold, completed by upholstered stools that bring softness to the otherwise precise material language. This living space is shaped by a quiet material palette—soft ivory upholstery, pale stone forms, and a finely detailed oak wall that brings structure and depth to the room. Full-height sheer drapery diffuses daylight into a calm, even glow, while integrated shelving and subtle lighting turn storage into an architectural feature. The composition is minimal, but deeply tactile: generous volumes, rounded edges, and layered textures create a sense of softness without losing precision. A restrained bedroom interior where materiality and light do the heavy lifting. Vertical walnut wall paneling wraps the space, establishing warmth and continuity while subtly elongating the room’s proportions. The bed is conceived as an integrated architectural element—anchored by a recessed headboard niche with concealed linear lighting that replaces ornament with atmosphere.

Soft, neutral textiles temper the richness of the wood, creating a tactile contrast that feels calm rather than austere. Glass pendant lights descend lightly from the ceiling, acting as precise points of focus without interrupting the visual flow. In the background, a perforated wood screen introduces depth and rhythm, filtering light while hinting at adjacent spaces beyond.

This room is less about statement pieces and more about balance—between softness and structure, shadow and glow, architecture and comfort. A quiet, deliberate composition designed for rest, where every detail is reduced to its essential role. Design: .architects.studio

This bathroom unfolds in layered natural stone, soft indirect lighting, and monolithic detailing. The long sculpted basin, as if carved from a single slab, anchors the space with quiet strength, while matte black fixtures introduce a refined contrast. Sliding timber screens and integrated shelving add depth and tactility, balancing the clean geometry with crafted warmth. A calm, architectural retreat where material honesty and precision define the atmosphere. Design: Leaf Architects Studio - Theo Gazotzis

This living space embodies modern minimalism through warm materials and balanced geometry. The veined marble fireplace wall anchors the composition, its sculptural weight offset by vertical timber joinery. Soft, neutral furnishings in textured fabrics echo the natural palette, while low, rounded silhouettes promote a composed, human-scale atmosphere. Expansive glazing floods the room with daylight, dissolving boundaries between inside and out.
Every element is resolved through proportion, material continuity, and controlled light — a measured expression of spatial clarity and warmth. Design: Leaf Architects Studio - Theo Gazotzis
